Jay Holby, personal trainer

Jay Holby, NSCA - CPT

Jay is a fitness expert with over 10 years of experience in the fitness field.

Upon graduating in 1993 from Mount Union College in Ohio, he spent 4 years coaching and training soccer and track athletes at the intercollegiate and high school level.

He is CPR and first-aid trained, and has experience working with all walks of life, having spent time working in a health and wellness / physical therapy clinic.

Jay has over 5 years of personal training experience, in-home, at health clubs and outdoor settings. He is a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA - CPT).

Jay is a firm believer in keeping his fitness knowledge current. In order to provide his clients with the most up-to-date information and training methods he regularly attends classes and conferences in the following fields:
